Virgilio’s – Tues. Dec. 13th @9pm The Chris Thomas Trio & Friends

One of the most  popular dance bands in the Virgilio’s Tuesday nite “League of Crafty Musicians” series roster, “the Chris Thomas Trio” returns, December 13th, starting at 9 PM.  Fronting the band, on acoustic guitar, keyboards, and lead vocals, is Chris Thomas. Rhythm section support is provided by Skippo on the drums of passion, and the infamous Bubba Lownotes on the funky, Fender  bass. Good chances you may see a few surprise musicians sitting in, soloing and spicing up the evening. ***(Vlad, the amazing, snowbird cellist,  will be just arriving from Montreal, so, expecting him to thaw out & jam!).  Playing some current hits, as well as the classic pop/rock music of the 60’s/70’s, 80’s, the Chris Thomas Trio & Friends will have you dancing and singing along, to all those tunes we know and love.
