VFW Southernmost Post No. 3911 recognized David Clay, CEO of Lower Keys Medical Center

Key West, FL – March 1, 2021 – On February 22, 2021, William Hemmelgarn, Commander of Post 3911 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Key West, presented David Clay, CEO of Lower Keys Medical Center with an American Flag shadow box and a proclamation. The proclamation, read by Denny Howley, recognized Clay in part for his “dynamic, yet quiet, leadership at the Lower Keys Medical Center and his unique service to our community, Key West, Capital of the Conch Republic. We, the members of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3911, are honored to present to David Clay our nation’s flag in recognition of his demonstrated leadership and commitment to our community.”
