Upper Keys Department of Health Clinic to Close Temporarily

Effective Wednesday, December 12, the Florida Department of Health in Monroe County clinic at Roth (50 High Point Rd, Tavernier) will be temporarily closed due to building renovations.  Clients who require immunizations or other health clinic services in the Upper Keys may call 305-676-3850. This closure does not affect the health department offices in Key West and Marathon.  The department apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.  For more information, visit Monroe.floridahealth.gov.

Other Upper Keys Department of Health Office locations:

  • WIC is located at St. James Church at 87500 Overseas Hwy in Islamorada. The office is open Mondays and Tuesdays from 8am-4pm (closed for lunch from 12-1). For more information or to contact WIC in the Upper Keys, call (305) 676-3933.
