Two men cited for illegal fish

Aramis Rodriguez Oliva, 34, and Yerandy Jiménez Espinoza, 46, both of Miami, Florida, were each given mandatory notices to appear in court citations Saturday after they were found to be in possession of four undersized mutton snappers.

Middle Keys Marine Deputy Willie Guerra was on patrol at the Channel Two Bridge at approximately 11 a.m. when he inspected their catch and found the violations.
