Two Arrests for Cocaine

Two Key West men were arrested Thursday and charged with drug trafficking and possession after the Key West Police Special Investigations Unit — along with assistance from Homeland Security Investigation, Monroe County Sheriff’s Office HIDTA, CBP Air and Marine, Border Patrol, and the DEA – executed a search warrant at 2331 Seidenberg Ave.

Jorge Enrique Sierra, 46, faces four felony charges for trafficking and selling cocaine. Juan Rodriguez, 55, was at the house during the search and had cocaine in his possession. Rodriguez was arrested and charged with felony possession.

The search warrant was part of a long term investigation in which a confidential information purchased five ounces of cocaine from Sierra on three separate occasion. Detectives recovered over 38 grams of cocaine in the house along with cutting agents, drug paraphernalia and $1800 in cash.
