Two arrested for theft

Two Miami, Florida men were arrested Thursday for stealing approximately $1,500 in tools in Key Largo.

Ricardo Rafael Riveron-Viltres, 49, and Juan Enrique Rodriguez Guevara, 63, were both charged with grand theft, trespassing, and criminal mischief.

The Sheriff’s Office was notified at approximately 10:45 a.m. of a theft of a golf cart charger and a floor jack from a yard on Largo Road. Images of the suspect vehicle and the two suspects were obtained by a security video.

The suspect truck was found shortly thereafter in a parking lot. The victim arrived and identified his property. The stolen items were returned to the victim. The suspects were taken to jail.
