Two arrested for drugs following traffic stop

Two Key West, Florida residents were arrested Wednesday for drugs following a traffic stop on U.S. 1 near Mile Marker 48.

  • Angle Ann Bale, 39, was charged with possession of .4 grams of methamphetamine, .8 grams of cocaine, and .9 grams of marijuana.
  • Ryan Anthony Plummer, 31, was charged with possession of .8 grams of methamphetamine.

Both subjects were in a Ford SUV that was stopped at approximately 1:53 a.m. There was an odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The drugs were found in the subsequent search.
