Truman Waterfront Market Free Halloween Party October 31

Businesses and Organizations Invited to Participate

Thursday, October 31 the Truman Waterfront Farmers Market will offer a festively spooky atmosphere for parents to bring their children for a free Halloween party and trick or treating at the vendor tents. There will be bounce houses from Four Star Rentals, kid’s games and a Halloween music dance party along with plenty of concessions for dinner, sweet treats and beverages. The Key West Fire Department anticipates being on hand with a ladder truck for the kids to explore as well as The City of Key West-Key West Transit’s ‘haunted bus’ for kids of all ages to take a walk through. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the park. The splash pad and playground will also offer even more fun.

The Market opens at 2 pm and the party starts at 4 pm and ends shortly after sunset at 7 pm. Parking is free for locals with a residential sticker. Bikes, ride share and the Duval Loop are encouraged.

Local businesses and organizations are invited to register for complimentary space to set up a table or tent to be a trick or treat stop for the kids and hand out candy, provide free activities and/or give-aways. Vendors with concessions, arts, crafts and merchandise for sale are also invited to participate at a reduced rate if they are part of the trick or treat.
