Three men cited for illegal fish

Three Miami-Dade County, Florida men were given mandatory notice to appear in court citations Sunday for possessing undersized fish near Card Sound Road.

Deputy Jason Farr was conducting resource checks along Tubby’s Creek at approximately 5:40 p.m. and found Osvel Valcarcel Rodriguez, 32, of Opa-Locka; Reiner Garcia Rosales, 34, of Miami Gardens; and Axell Lopez De La Paz, 30, Miami Gardens; to be in possession of six undersized mangrove snappers and three undersized schoolmaster snappers.
