This Thursday: World AIDS Day and ‘Tree Of Hope 2016’
After the candlelight procession and gathering on World AIDS Day, this Thursday, December 1st, at the Edward B. Knight Pier, AIDS Help invites attendees and the community to Kelly’s Caribbean Bar Grill and Brewery, 301 Whitehead, from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. for the ‘Tree of Hope 2016’.
$20 admission includes a welcome holiday rum punch drink, free food and entertainment provided by ‘3SUM’, who recently performed at The Royal Coronation Ball.
Note cards will be available for a short inscription to be nestled in the branches of a Christmas tree at Kelly’s.
A collectible etched ornament will also be on sale, for $15, that features a winged teddy bear within a wreath — homage to the Agency’s past ‘Share The Wreath’ Holiday fundraiser.
All proceeds from the evening will benefit the Key West AIDS Memorial.
