The National Catholic Church of North America

LOVE WITHOUT JUDGMENT” (www.nationalcatholicchurch.org)

We are an Independent Faith-community in the catholic Tradition.  Although we respect the Bishop of Rome, who sits in the Chair of Peter (the Pope), we are not under his authority or under any of his jurisdictions.  However, we are in complete unison in the Mission to Preach and Live the Word of God and the Gospel of Jesus of Nazareth, the Christ.  We have several parishes throughout Florida as well as in Washington, DC., Michigan, and Pennsylvania.

Our Mission is to bring the Fullness of Christ’s Message to ALL without judgment, ridicule, or condemnation.  We are an ALL-INCLUSIVE Faith-community welcoming everyone looking for Spiritual Healing from many “organized” religions as well as those person who are marginalized or shunned by the Roman Catholic community because of their marital status, because of their sexual orientation or identification, or because of other   circumstances which “separates” them from experiencing a loving and welcoming Spiritual Family.

We believe that The Lord calls ALL of us to Himself; particularly all those persons in need: the poor, the homeless, the physically and mentally challenged, the addicts, the outcasts of society, in short: the ostracized– as well as those persons considered “unworthy” of “His People” or of “His Church”.  And yet we share the same Faith as other Christians proclaimed in the Nicene Creed.

We uphold the Apostolic Tradition and Succession of Deacons, Priests, and Bishops regardless of gender.  Our Clergy is varied and diverse, single, married, or in Holy Unions; yet our Clergy is Validly Ordained. We “lay hands”on men as well a womyn who are called to the Service of the Lord.  For the most part these are “worker-priests”; a practice established in France in the early 1940’s as supported by our Liberation Theology.  Therefore, our Clergy goes to the people without relying or depending on financial recompense from those we Serve.  We are “Wounded Healers”.

We strongly support “collegiality” of clergy and of the faith of the people (Sensus Fidei) in all matters affecting everyday living.  Our Purpose is to integrate our Humanity with our Spirituality leading dynamic, productive, and practical lives in Harmony with each other, experiencing the Joy of the Gospel (Evangelii Gaudium): “Behold, for My yoke is Light, my Burden is easy”.

We are available to everyone seeking Reconciliation, Peace, and Spiritual Serenity through the Seven Traditional Sacraments: be it for anyone deprecated for their personal believes or their particular lifestyle.  We believe that on Holy Thursday Christ instituted a Sacramental Sign for All, the Lord’s Last Supper (Passover Meal), not just for the “righteous”, but for all of us “sinners” who are invited and welcomed to receive in the Agape Meal, the Love Feast of Thanksgiving, the Eucharist, His Body and Blood as a Source of Spiritual Nourishment and Strength to Preach Christ’s Gospel of Love, consequently becoming His hands and feet, His eyes and lips, His Heart, in the light of the Holy Spirit.

While we celebrate our Liturgies, modeled after the Latin Rite, at various locales and venues: homes, beaches, taverns, church buildings– our primary concern is not in having a “place of our own” so much as having a “place in our hearts” for Everyone– so that All might feel a part of a faith-community with a Love that knows NO bounds: “A CHURCH WITHOUT WALLS”.
