The Sunset Green Event Lawn to host a variety of global music acts from October through April

WHAT: The Keys Collection, a group of experiential lifestyle hotels in Key West, Florida, is kicking off the season with a series of new concert dates on the Sunset Green through 2020. Guests will enjoy live music performed by national headlining acts including The Allman Betts Band, rock legend Grace Potter and historic hit-makers The Temptations. Anchoring the New Town neighborhood of Key West, The Collection’s group of hotels will offer discounted room packages featuring tickets to the beloved artist’s shows, complimentary swag bags and local food and beverage credits.

The concerts will take place on the property’s Sunset Green event lawn, a multipurpose, outdoor event space located between the 24 North Hotel and The Gates Hotel. Monday, October 28, 2019 – Allman Betts Band

  • The band is a progeny of The Allman Brothers Band, so concert goers can expect classic tunes as well as exceptional songs from solo projects. Led by Devon Allman and Dickey Betts, sons of Gregg Allman and Dickey Betts respectively, the first tour for the southern rockers is jam-packed with shows. Berry Duane Oakley Jr., son of the founding bass player, also joins the crew on bass. The men have decades of experience touring and jamming with musicians – their success at creating their own sound, full-bodied songs and a comfortable performance space is second-nature.

Sunday, January 12, 2020 – Grace Potter

  • An acclaimed songwriter and electrifying performer, Potter has been described by Spin  as “one of the greatest living voices in rock today.” Over the course of her career, the Burlington, Vermont native has commanded stages around the world including Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Rock in Rio and her own thriving music festival, Burlington’s Grand Point North, which just celebrated its ninth year.

With their recognizable choreography and onstage suites, The Temptations were the definitive male vocal group of the 1960s.
