Hungry? Thirsty? Take a ‘Taste of Key West’ today, from 6 to 9 p.m. on the Truman Waterfront Pier at the end of Southard Street, the 21st annual staging to benefit AIDS Help!
Enjoy the sunset and ocean breeze as you wash down a bounty of bites with some great grape. More than 40 local restaurants plus wineries and vineyards are providing culinary delights and fine wine, including seafood, tropical and Caribbean flavors, European delicacies, vegetarian dishes and more.
Entry to the event is, as always, free…general food package tickets, including a commemorative wine glass, are $25 at keystix.com or you can buy food tickets at the entrance. Samples of foods and beverages typically “cost” three to eight tickets.
Parking at the event is free but biking or walking is strongly suggested.
