Stock Island’s Art District is gearing up for a new season of 2nd Saturday’s, 11-5:00. There are new venues and a whole new line up of great art, fresh brews and exciting views.
Start your ART STROLL at Collections, Key West, 6810 Front St! Park at the Hog Fish and stroll 120 paces down the dock till you get to the red doors. Impressionism, kinetic sculptures, Cuban art … all in the setting of a yacht club of old. Continue onto Stock Yard Studios, 5700 4th Av, where you’ll find Soul House’s beautiful home decor and Sacred Space, currently showing Blue Immersion hand cut paper pieces. Tool around a bit as there are more studios in this compound. Washed UP Key West’s custom woodworking shop at 6475 2nd St and the Green Pineapple and CSFifer Fine Arts are on Shrimp Road.
