STOCK ISLAND YACHT CLUB & MARINA ANNOUNCES NEW CHEF LL’S TEST KITCHEN IS A FOODIES SAFE HARBOUR

Stock Island Yacht Club & Marina announces the hiring of a new chef, Key West native James Jernigan, at their newly relaunched restaurant “LL’s Test Kitchen”.  Chef James brings years of top-notch culinary experience to his new post. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in 2009, James traveled the US and trained in the kitchens of world-renowned chefs such as Daniel Boulud, Wolfgang Puck, and Joachim Splichal. Upon his return to Key West, Chef James has delighted the community with his approach to cooking- merging familiar ingredients with complex technique and enticing presentations. His French-inspired American cuisine highlights the bountiful nature of the Florida Keys through local fish and produce. Chef James’ ability to source specialty ingredients from across the country make for an ever-changing dining experience.

Stock Island Yacht Club & Marina was purchased by the Spottswood Family in March 2019.
