Sat. February 11th at 1:30pm: The Key West Botanical Garden Society presents “The Great Florida Birding & Wildlife Trail”
Andy Wraithmell, Information Specialist, Wildlife Viewing, Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, Tallahassee FL will share how and where to explore the wonderful birding and wildlife viewing opportunities that are available in Florida. It’s a fun program that encourages people of all ages to get outdoors. Bird and Butterfly checklist booklets and other bird and wildlife related handouts will be given out at the end of the talk.
And – 10:00am to noon, a special tour through the KWTF&BG: “Wings Over Florida Bird and Butterfly Field Trip”. Earn your Ruby-throated Hummingbird certificate and maybe your Zebra Longwing Butterfly certificate with Birding Trail coordinator Whitney Gray and supervisor Anne Glick.
