Reef Relief Announces new FALL INTERN

Reef Relief is excited to announce the arrival of our 2020 fall Education and Community Engagement Intern. Leah Schultz is diving headfirst into the creation of Reef Relief’s Virtual Classroom. She is busy creating new educational videos, activities, and interviewing scientists to help students learn more about the marine ecosystems. She is also using her past employment experiences to help Reef Relief with their marketing strategies.

Leah graduated from the University of Alabama with a BA in Psychology with a focus on child development. She is currently pursuing her MS in Environmental Management and Policy at American Public University. Growing up on the Great Lakes and vacationing in the Gulf of Mexico, she was always a marine science enthusiast. Now, pursuing her passions of community environmental education, she wants to encourage all marine science lovers to chase their passions and become advocates for their planet.
