   And a couple days before she clobbered the Bahamas there was only a 20% chance for her to take that hard of a right missing Florida and a 10% or her turning hard enough to skirt the Eastern coast as far north as actually happened.. But that is the thing with Hurricanes one day it is hitting us as hard as we have been hit in a long time and then going to fricking Ireland and nailing them! So yes yes Alabama , Georgia and pretty all of East Coast and Southern United States are always at risk of being effected. A storm even downgrading enough to maybe not have high winds but water from a tropical system that sits on an area can be just as devastating as hurricane winds,
