New Signs to Spread Mask Message

The City of Key West wants to help local businesses get the word out on mandatory mask-wearing by providing two downloadable signs on its web page.

By clicking the link called Covid-19 Informational Mask Posters at www.cityofkeywest-fl.gov, anyone can download these signs. The first is simple: masks are required when you’re not at home. The second sign answers specific questions: When should visitors mask up? This one is aimed largely at hotels to help them guide their guests in the right direction.

As the number of visitors has grown since the county reopened on June 1st, so have the number of Covid-19 cases. These signs, along with radio PSAs, banners, traffic signs, and social media campaigns are aimed at reaching the community and our visitors so we can slow this virus without slowing our economy.
