Mayor Teri Johnston, during Wednesday’s virtual City Commission meeting, declared September 17^th through the 23^rd as Constitution Week.

September 17^th marks the 233^rd anniversary of the signing of the Constitution of the United States of America.

“It is fitting and proper to accord official recognition,” she wrote in the proclamation, “to this magnificent document and its memorable anniversary, and to the patriotic celebrations which will commemorate the occasion.
