Mastering The Rules of The Roa

If you are ever confused as to what to do when meeting another boat on the water or what to do when a fog moves in, this seminar provides an explanation for these conditions as well as many others with examples of the 37 Rules of the Road for both the U.S. Inland Rules and the International Rules (COLREGS). It simplifies the sometimes complex law relating to boat operation for the recreational boater. It is also a starting point for study preparation for the USCG License examination.
The seminar is FREE and is held at the Key West Sail and Power Squadron building on 5205 College Road on Stock Island. Classis October 15th at 10:00 a.m.
