Man dies following dive incident

A 65-year-old Mooresville, North Carolina man died Monday following a dive incident on the Duane Wreck off Key Largo. 

Other divers assisted Perry Lane Anderson back to a Rainbow Reef Dive Center commercial dive boat at approximately 9:40 a.m. where CPR began immediately. 

Anderson was taken to Mariners Hospital in Tavernier where he was pronounced dead.

Foul play does not appear to be a factor in the investigation.

Autopsy results are pending.
