Man arrested in disturbance  

A 30-year-old Key Largo, Florida man was arrested Thursday after attacking another man at a grocery store parking lot.

Chad Paul Lyons was charged with battery.

The Sheriff’s Office was called to a Key Largo residence at approximately 7:15 p.m. where the 52-year-old male victim stated the incident was over another criminal proceeding. He had cuts and bruises consistent with being struck and choked. There were no life-threatening injuries reported.

Lyons was found shortly thereafter. He admitted he was involved in the altercation and was arrested.
