Long-time Employees Recognized
Key West City Manager Al Childress, during the July City Commission meeting, recognized a number of employees who have hit landmarks in their years of service to the City of Key West.
Nine employees received their 5-year service awards. Four people were recognized for serving the City for ten years, and one individual was recognized for 15 years of service.
Capt. David Zarate, with the Key West Fire Department, and Office Danyle Gray of the Key West Police Department, have both served with dedication for 20 years.
Capt. Tyrone Cervantes reached his 25-year mark serving with the Key West Fire Department, and Special Events Administrator Maria Ratcliff was honored for having served 30 years in the City Manager’s Office.
