Pres Trump is brilliant as “the wall” is not coming from the general budget but from the military under “force protection”. To “protect the deployed troops”, there will be walls and berms and razor wire (just like in Iraq and Afghan and Israel). This will prevent entry into the USA by the ‘exhausted immigrants’ who will be stuck on the Mexican side unable to “reach a customs facility, apply for asylum or other status, and are processed.”
They are already building/installing T-Walls (from my experience just like in Iraq and Afghan and Israel; interlinked prefab sections about 14 ft tall, 4 feet wide and about a foot thick). Hard to get over when you “are exhausted”.
