Ladino Honored for 20 Years of Service
During this week’s commission meeting, City Manager Patti McLauchlin presented Public Works Foreman Oscar Ladino with a gold watch and challenge coin in appreciation of his 20 years of service to the City of Key West.
Hired in 2001, he was promoted in 2004, and to foreman, his current position, in 2006.
McLauchlin noted that Ladino is a familiar face at special events and that he heads up the Duval Crew, the Flexipave crew, and the concrete crew in charge of repairing potholes.
“Oscar is a very valuable asset to the City of Key West,” she said. “Thank you for your service. We appreciate all the hard work you do.”
