Laboy and Bahri Celebrate 15 Years with First State Bank

First State Bank is happy to congratulate Business Analyst I Nicole Laboy and Residential Loan Closer Beata Bahri on their fifteenth anniversaries with the Bank.

Laboy joined First State Bank in March of 2005 as a Teller in the Bank’s Big Pine Branch. Throughout her career with the Bank she has held several positions including Lead Teller/ Supervisor, Customer Service Representative, Assistant Branch Operations Manager, and Loan Servicing Representative before assuming her current position in 2019. She has proven her value in all the roles she has held within the Bank.

EVP Senior Risk Officer Elizabeth Miranda describes her as, “an excellent team player, who is always willing to take the lead in getting staff involved with bank projects and strives to maintain a positive work environment.  She exemplifies our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.”

Bahri began her career with First State Bank in 2005 as a Teller at the Bank’s North Roosevelt Boulevard Branch and was promoted to BSA Analyst in 2007.  In 2009, she transferred to Special Assets Coordinator and was promoted to the Legal Department as a Certified Paralegal in 2016 before assuming her current position in 2018.

“Beata has consistently demonstrated professionalism and dedication throughout her 15 years of service to the Bank,” said Jen Fish, First State Bank of the Florida Keys Vice President and Loan Administration Officer.  “We are honored to have a person of her caliber in our department and congratulate her on this milestone anniversary.”
