I Totally agree with you about the Oscar winner. I started watching it before the Oscars. A half hour into the film, I said this is total BS and moved to something else. Then it won so many Oscars I thought I must have missed something. So I went back and struggled through the entire film. My first impression, total BS, was confirmed. Two plus hours of my life totally wasted.
