Key West Garden Club Scholarship

Sydney Gallagher, recipient of the Lois Kitching Scholarship award was a 2016 graduate of the Key West High School and recently finished her freshman year as a Marine Science major at the University of Florida in Gainesville.

The Garden Club’s four-year scholarship provides annual support to Sydney to help with college expenses as she studies important environmental and sustainability issues. She is seen here on a recent visit to West Martello where she received this year’s check for $2,000.
