KEY WEST, January 19, 2024 – The Key West Chamber of Commerce proudly announces the recipient of this year’s ATHENA Award sponsored by the Keys Auto Group, recognizing the remarkable contributions of Nadene Grossman Orr to the Key West community. Nadene Grossman Orr has been a driving force behind the success of numerous events in Key West. Grossman Orr’s influence extends beyond the realm of event planning. As a founding producer of the Annual Key West Film Festival, Event Director for A.H. Monroe (organizers of events like Taste of Key West, Vintner’s Dinner, and the Coronation of King and Queen of Fantasy Fest), and producer of the Annual Key West Songwriters Festival, Orr has played a pivotal role in shaping the cultural identity of Key West.

Her legacy includes being selected as Director of Fantasy Fest in 2024, solidifying her status as a trailblazer and influencer in the community.
