Key West Art & Historical Society will offer a “Woodtastic” Professional Day workshop for children aged 6-12 on Monday, January 6, from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Students will experience different grains and textures of wood and create artworks entirely from their own imaginations or inspired by the works of other artists, such as this painted wood piece in the KWAHS collection titled “Tiger with Bow” by Suzie dePoo. Cost is $40 for KWAHS members and $45 for non-members.
