Important Message from Keys Energy Services
Dear Valued Customer,
In accordance with recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and in an effort to protect employees and customers, Keys Energy Services (KEYS) will indefinitely suspend in-person services at its Customer Services center at 1001 James Street, in Key West, effective Monday, March 23. Additionally, field crews will begin implementing enhanced social distancing procedures with customers while working in the field. KEYS operating hours will remain unaffected by these changes.
KEYS encourages its customers to utilize a variety of online options that allow them to conduct the majority of all business remotely at KeysEnergy.com. Utility bill payments, service connection/disconnection/
KEYS utility bill payments can also be made by: phone at 305-295-1000, via drop box at 1001 James Street in Key West or in front of the Shops of Ship Way in Big Pine Key, by mail to Keys Energy Services, P.O. Box 279038, Miramar, FL 33027, or via electronic debit automatically deducted from your checking/savings account or credit/debit card monthly. Customers experiencing hardships should contact KEYS’ Customer Services at 305-295-1000 or via email at [email protected] to make the necessary arrangements.
KEYS’ field crews will be in the field working and will respond to trouble calls with enhanced social distancing procedures. During this time, we ask customers to remain indoors while field crews are working on their property. This will allow KEYS’ crews to safely complete their tasks without the risk of physically interacting with customers who may be ill. If customers do not abide by this request, KEYS’ crews have been directed to immediately stop their work and leave the site to ensure their safety.
