Hunter finds what appear to be human bones in Florida woods

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Investigators say a hunter found remains that appear to be human bones in a wooded area near Ormond Beach.

Volusia County Sheriff’s officials say the discovery was made Friday evening.

Sheriff’s spokesman Andrew Gant tells the Daytona Beach News-Journal (http://bit.ly/2ggF3xY ) investigators from the major case unit responded. No further details were immediately available.
