Hershoff, Lupino & Yagel Welcomes Tampa Bay Realtor to Real Estate Team

Tavernier, FL December 19, 2016 Former Tampa Bay resident Terri Roe has joined the title closing agency at Hershoff, Lupino & Yagel, LLP (HL&Y, LLP) as its new closing agent. Roe, who also works as a real estate agent in the Florida Keys, relocated to Tavernier at the beginning of 2016. She will be assisting home and business property buyers and sellers, as well as realtors, with their closing transactions.

Roe is no stranger to the Florida Keys. As a young girl she spent her summers in Lower Matecumbe, where her grandparents owned a hotel. She lived in Islamorada until the late 70s, when she moved to Tampa Bay. She is happy to be back in the Keys.

“I am looking forward to working with the company’s closing team, our clients and the real estate industry in continuing the type of professional and friendly service that HL&Y provides in this close-knit, growing and wonderful community,” said Roe.

She has over three decades of experience in the real estate industry. Roe worked as a closing agent from 2003 to 2016 at American Home Title of Land O’Lakes, Inc./Total Title Solutions, and from 1979 to 1992 at American Home Title/Bay Area Title/Chicago Title. She owned and operated Top Gun Landscape Services, Inc./Ted Investments, Inc., from 1992 to 2003. In the 70s, Roe did a two-year stint as a VIP guest services agent in the hospitality industry, also in Tampa.
