Hearts, flowers, pasties and bananas – Key West Burlesque’s latest extravaganza hits the Key West Theater Stage February 16 and 17

Key West Burlesque’s newest extravaganza, “Key West, We Love You: A Love-Filled Revue,” is happening this Friday, February 16 and Saturday, February 17 at Key West Theater, 512 Eaton Street.

Set to classic love songs in a follies-style storyline of high energy, humor, and glamour, the Revue takes the crowd inside the lives and loves of the Southernmost city and stars some of the nation’s all-time favorite performers, including the hilarious, banana-throwing Evil Hate Monkey – darling of the international circus and cabaret scene, Murray Hill, described by the “New York Times” as “the reigning patriarch of downtown performance,” the multi-award winning, pastie & prosecco popping international sensation Boo Boo Darlin’, and Kitten N’ Lou, whose combination of burlesque, drag, dance, and theater make for a performance that has been called “brilliantly deranged” (Time Out New York) and “genius” (The Huffington Post).

Rounding out the revue are locally based burlesque favorites Moana Amour, Cheeky Derrière, Chief Peach, Velvet Garcia, and Dark N’ Stormy.

For adult audiences, doors open at 7:30pm, show starts at 8:00pm. Sponsored in part by the Monroe County Tourist Development Council.  Tickets:  thekeywesttheater.com or call 305.985.0433.
