Health Department Offers Back to School Immunizations

The Florida Department of Health in Monroe County offers vaccinations, including those for children entering school.  All students are required to have certain vaccinations current, including DTap, MMR, Polio, Varicella, and Hepatitis B.  The HPV vaccines is also available.  The department offers vaccines at the Gato Building at 1100 Simonton Street in Key West and at the Ruth Ivins Center at 3333 Overseas Hwy in Marathon.  Please call 305-676-3850 to schedule an appointment.   For more information, including a vaccine schedule by age, visit www.cdc.gov/vaccines.
