Girl missing on Big Pine Key

The Sheriff’s Office and other public safety agencies are searching for a 10 year old girl missing on Big Pine Key.

10 year old Anna Rogers asked her mother if she could walk to the library from their home on Pond Lane on Big Pine Key. She last contacted her mother at 12:22 p.m. by text indicating she was on her way. She never reached the library.

She is five feet tall, medium build with short blond hair and blue eyes. Anyone with info about where she might be should call the Sheriff’s Office immediately. Photos of Anna are attached.da
