Friends of the Key West Library Present Virtual Lecture Series in 2021
The Friends of the Key West Library’s popular speaker series will launch its 2021 season on January 18. All lectures will be presented online due to the pandemic. As in past years the lectures are free and open to all, but you must register to receive the link to the presentation.
“We’re very enthusiastic about this new format,” says Roberta Isleib, president of the Friend’s board. “Using a virtual platform, we expect to reach a broader audience with the bonus of having events available online for individual viewing whenever it is convenient.”
“A Night of Mystery” will kick off the series on January 18 presenting Hank Phillippi Ryan, Rhys Bowen and Julia Spencer-Fleming – all award-winning writers of mystery and suspense novels.
Registration is required in advance with details posted on the Friends website and the Key West Library’s site. The link to the website is: https://www.friendsofthekeywestlibrary.org/registration
