Friends of the Key West Library Present Charlaine Harris in Conversation with Lucy Burdette

The Friends of the Key West Library’s seventh speaker series will present author Charlaine Harris in conversation with author Lucy Burdette via Zoom on February 21st from 6:00PM-7:00PM. Her latest book, The Russian Cage is book three in the Gunnie Rose Series. Charlaine is the author of the Sookie Stackhouse series which inspired the HBO series, True Blood. Since then, Charlaine’s novels have been adapted for several other television series, with two in development now. Harris is a voracious reader and is a true daughter of the South. She was born in Mississippi and has lived in Tennessee, South Carolina, Arkansas, and Texas. She is married with three children, two grandchildren, and two rescue dogs.

Lucy Burdette is the author of the popular Key West Food Critic mystery series. Her alter-ego, clinical psychologist Roberta Isleib, has also published eight mysteries including the golf lover’s mystery series and the advice column mysteries. Lucy’s first novel of suspense, Unsafe Haven, was released in December by Severn Press. She currently serves as president of the Friends of the Key West Library.
