Four people cited for undersized fish

Four Miami, Florida residents were given mandatory notice to appear in court citations Sunday for possessing 19 over-the-limit mangrove snapper at approximately 2:53 p.m.

Hector Fernandez, 82, Raul Miguel Lazo Fernandez, 29, Alain Martinez Ortega, and Amanda Gabriela Haber Ferandez, 22, were all cited by Lower Keys Marine Deputy Jacob Ladd who was conducting resource/safety checks at the Spanish Harbor boat ramp near Big Pine Key, Florida.
