Florida Keys SPCA 3rd Annual Parade of Paws

Surrounded by members of the Royal Court, Monroe County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jenna Moeller holds rescue dog Shakes, who was crowned King at the Florida Keys SPCA 3rd Annual Parade of Paws at Higgs Beach Dog Park on Saturday. To earn his crown, Shakes raised more than $3,000 for the FKSPCA’s Animal Care Fund, making him the top POP fund-raiser for 2016. The Parade of Paws is one of many events that occur during the annual Key West Holiday Fest, which is presented in part by the Lodging Association of the Florida Keys & Key West and the Monroe County Tourist Development Council.
