“…non-binding…”? If the vote is non-binding, then what’s the point? It sounds like Oxitec is buying its way into the Keys where it will use people as laboratory test rats, the same as it did offshore. I Am not happy with the convoluted phraseology that negates ‘we the people’ from voting against something that has not been proven safe. If Oxitec wants to try your their products let them do it in their own neighborhood first, then we can discuss it. Otherwise, stay out of my neighborhood.
