Florida Keys Coronavirus Cases

There are no new cases today in Monroe County. The cases reported yesterday are not in the state’s long term care facility report yet. More information about long-term care facilities: https://floridahealthcovid19.gov/nursing-homes/

The reduction of cases by one is due to the residency of the individual after further investigation.

The latest update from the State Health Office regarding COVID-19. Monroe County is reporting 88 total cases — 80 are residents, 8 are non-residents.

Among the 88, 21 are travel-related, 59 are community-acquired, and 8 are currently being investigated.

Of the 80 residents, 39 are from Key West, 17 Key Largo, 4 Tavernier, 5 Marathon, and two from Islamorada and two from Summerland Key. Cudjoe Key, Sugarloaf, and Key Colony Beach have one case each. There are 8 cases from missing locations.
