Fitzpatrick Fiesta on Cinco de Mayo-Vendor Application

You are invited to join our Fitzpatrick Fiesta Block Party on Cinco de Mayo (May 5th) from 4:00pm-9:00pm!  The vendor application is attached with all the details!

We are not allowing duplication of products and applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

*If accepted please plan to donate an item for the raffle to benefit our chosen non-profit: Sister Season Fund, Locals Helping Locals. Raffle donations can be dropped off at Henry and Eli’s Side Street Pub when you come to setup THE DAY OF THE EVENT!! We do not have storage to keep all the donations before then.
