Cunningham Appointed to Tree Commission

Vice Mayor Sam Kaufman has appointed Ed Cunningham to the Key West Tree Commission, filling the seat vacated by Neil Mellies.

Cunningham has more than 40 years of experiences as a consulting forester and in vegetation management. He is an ISA Certified Arborist with extensive consulting expertise. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in forestry and started his career with the U.S. Forestry Service.

Currently he owns a forestry consulting firm and serves as a park ranger at Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park. He brings to the table extensive professional knowledge and affiliations with numerous professional organizations.
