Key West, FL, August 24, 2016– Chef Michael Fahey, certified Executive Chef and Culinary Educator, will share his 30 years of experience cooking from the Caribbean. Sharing the techniques, he developed from working side by side with chefs from all over the world.
Class will be held at the Carriage Trade Restaurant September 7th from 6-8pm
Class will include same plates from the recipes prepared and wine to complement each course.
