Comedy Key West presents professional standup comedians, Rauce Padgett and TRIXX. They perform after talented local comics warm up the stage at The BottleCap.
Rauce Padgett performs on Thursday and Friday, June 20th and 21st. Rauce is Orlando Weekly’s 2017 Comedian of the Year and Real Radio 104.1’s Monsters in the Morning 2017 Comedian of the Year. Rauce will be one of the most animated people you’ll ever see. Stand up or sketch, it doesn’t matter, he does it all. Rauce has been seen through millions of internet views from his sketches (A Baby Boomer vs A Millennial) and is a regular on The Jim Colbert Show 104.1. His ultra-energetic brand of hilarity strives to be different than your last comedian.
TRIXX performs on Thursday and Friday, June 27th and 28th. TRIXX has developed a cult following with his no-holds-barred brand of comedy. He mixes boisterous commentary on topics like pop culture, relationships, music, clubbing, and sex, with acute insights on being black in Canada. A former club DJ and MC, TRIXX has been an on-air personality on Toronto’s FLOW 93.5 and was a regular on MuchMusic’s Video On Trial. He was honored for a second time with the Comedy Award from COCA and was a finalist in the 2009 Yuk Yuk’s Great Canadian Laugh Off.
