City of Key West will Resume Normal Operations Wednesday

City crews are cleaning up storm drains and downed fronds in the wake of Tropical Storm Elsa.

City offices and City services will resume normal operation Wednesday.

The special City Commission meeting originally slated for today is rescheduled to Monday July 12^th at 5 p.m.

The trash pickup has been pushed back a day. If your day is Tuesday, it will be picked up Wednesday. Wednesday’s customers will have theirs picked up on Thursday. Thursday’s on Friday and Friday on Saturday.

“This was a good practice run,” said City Manager Patti McLauchlin. “Our entire team pulled together and was ready to act.”
