CFK postpones VIP Series

KEY WEST, FL, January 15, 2021— The College of the Florida Keys has postponed the spring 2021 season of its VIP Series due to safety concerns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. For the past eight years, the College’s VIP Series, sponsored by Centennial Bank, has welcomed the community to learn from the Visions, Ideas, and Perspectives of speakers of local, regional, and national prominence.

Stay tuned for next year’s VIP Series. Topics and speakers will include “Goliath Grouper” with Dr. Chris Koenig, Professor Emeritus at Florida State University, “Charting of the Keys and Gulfstream” with Brian Schmitt, local real estate broker and author, and Ryan Harke of the Florida Public Archaeology Network.
