Bahama Village Music Program kicks of 20th season with 7th Annual Sugarloaf Oktoberfest Celebration

The 7th Annual Sugarloaf Oktoberfest celebration is set for Sunday, October 6th at the Sugarloaf Lodge Tiki Bar from 3pm-7pm, promising a tasty, musical afternoon for all who attend.  The annual fundraiser benefits the Bahama Village Music Program, an organization that helps bring free musical education to over 200 students aged 6-16 that would otherwise miss out on the lifelong gift of music.

Guests can anticipate a delicious pork dinner by South of the Seven, the new restaurant at the Sugarloaf Lodge, a silent auction and live music by musicians Larry Baeder, Ben Harrison, Bill Blue, and many of the program’s talented students.

Tickets are $15 advance purchase at Sugarloaf Lodge, BVMP at 103 Olivia Street, or online at bvmpkw.org and $20 at the door. All proceeds to benefit the music program, which is funded by local donors, foundations, and fundraisers.
